Gas Drainage Pipe

The gas drainage pipe is specially designed for gas extraction, discharge and transportation in coal mines. It is made of high-strength antistatic and flame retardant composite materials, which meets coal mine safety standards and has excellent corrosion resistance, negative pressure resistance and anti-aging performance.

The inner wall of the pipe is smooth, non-scaling, and the fluid resistance is small, which can efficiently transport gas, and is not easy to absorb deflation and deformation under negative pressure environment. The connection is firm, the sealing is good, there is no leakage, it is safe and stable, and it can adapt to the humid, dusty and complex geological environment underground for a long time. It is a special pipeline for coal mine gas control, ventilation discharge, and safe production.

    Resistant to hydrogen sulfide, moisture vapor, mineral dust, underground acid and alkali medium corrosion, no scaling, no aging, no leakage;

  • Stable pressure-bearing performance, suitable for positive and negative pressure conditions of gas drainage

    The negative force can achieve -0.097MPa and can stably withstand changes in gas negative pressure extraction and positive pressure transportation pressure;

  • Hot melt integrated connection, the interface is sealed and leak-free

    Hot melt/electrofusion connection, the interface is integrated with the pipe body, eliminating the risk of gas leakage;

  • Smooth inner wall with low resistance and high gas extraction efficiency

    The inner wall roughness is ≤0.007mm, the air flow resistance is small, and it is not easy to be blocked by dust, which improves the efficiency of gas extraction and transportation;

    The pipe can be bent and coiled in small diameters, reducing joints, suitable for curves and tunnels with differences, and can be laid without excavation;
