Wear-Resistant Pipes For Slurry Transportation‌

The slurry/tailings conveying wear-resistant pipe is produced with high wear-resistant modified polyethylene raw materials, which is specially designed for the long-distance transportation of solid-liquid two-phase flow such as mine high-concentration slurry, tailings, and mortar. It has strong wear resistance, pressure resistance, and impact resistance. It can withstand long-term high-speed initialization of particles and is not easy to wear and crack.

The inner wall of the pipe is smooth, the friction coefficient is low, there is no scaling, no hanging material, and no blockage, which effectively improves the conveying efficiency and reduces energy consumption. The product is resistant to acid and alkali corrosion and has good flexibility. It can adapt to geological settlement and complex terrain. It adopts hot melt docking or flange connection. The interface strength is high, the seal is reliable and there is no leakage, and the service life is far longer than that of steel pipes.

It is widely used in various types of underground slurry transportation, surface tailings pipelines, paste filling, mud discharge and other systems.     POE toughened and modified special formula, the wear resistance is more than 10 times that of ordinary HDPE, and it is resistant to erosion and wear of ore and tailings particles;

  • The inner wall is super smooth, not easy to scale and block the pipe, and the transportation efficiency is high
