The Kangyu PE-RT II heating pipeline is specially designed for urban centralized heating and residential heating systems. It adopts a three-layer composite structure, with an inner layer of heat-resistant polyethylene pipe, an efficient insulation layer in the middle, and an outer layer of high-density polyethylene protective layer. The overall high temperature resistance, good insulation, and service life are up to 50 years.
The pipe material can withstand high temperature hot water for a long time, is resistant to low temperature and is not brittle or cracked. The hot melt connection is firm and reliable, and the interface strength is higher than that of the pipe material itself. It is non corrosive, non scaling, and has low fluid resistance, greatly reducing heat loss and maintenance costs. It is suitable for various heating scenarios such as municipal, factory, and residential areas.
The product complies with national standards, with a diameter coverage of 20mm-355mm, and has excellent impact resistance, settlement resistance, and aging resistance. It is easy to install and flexible to lay, making it an ideal choice for centralized heating secondary networks, public building heating, and high-temperature hot water transportation.
