The company’s newly customized 630mm high-speed pipe extrusion machine and professional pipe wear resistance testing equipment have arrived at the factory successfully. After complete inventory inspection, the equipment will soon enter installation and commissioning procedures for official operation.
The newly introduced 630mm high-speed extrusion machine is specially designed for large-diameter PE pipe production. It features faster extrusion speed, stable molding performance and higher dimensional accuracy. The advanced equipment greatly improves production efficiency, optimizes pipe wall thickness uniformity and surface finish, and significantly expands the production capacity for large-size pipes. Meanwhile, the newly added pipe wear resistance tester serves as a key quality inspection device. It can accurately simulate actual working conditions and conduct professional tests on the wear resistance, aging resistance and service life of PE and PPR pipes.
