Project introduction
As an important hub project in the Junan Modern Water Network Demonstration Zone, it carries the important mission of optimizing regional water resources allocation, ensuring urban and rural water supply safety, and improving the water ecological environment. Kangyu Pipe Industry was awarded the pipe of the welded PE purchaser. With its excellent wear resistance, reliable structural strength and special performance suitable for cement steel pipe construction, it was designated as a special pipeline for the construction of cement steel pipes for this project. It was deeply involved in the construction of the backbone project of the water network in this region, providing a solid guarantee for the efficient advancement and long-term stable operation of the project.

Project Overview
Special construction conditions: The water transmission lines of the project are mainly tunnels, with water transmission tunnels accounting for more than 95% of the total length of 8.67km. TBM shield machines are used for two-way digging construction. The construction environment places strict requirements on the wear resistance, impact resistance and installation adaptability of the pipelines. The construction and operation requirements are high: the diameter of the tunnel excavation section is 4.33m, and the inner diameter of the lining construction is 3.5m. During the shield construction process, the pipeline needs to withstand the continuous erosion of protruding media and complex construction stress. The pipe is required to have excellent wear resistance, impact resistance, and convenient and reliable installation adaptability to ensure efficient construction and long-term stable operation. Long-term operation mission: As the backbone project of the regional water network, the engineering design water delivery capacity reaches 500,000 m³/d. The water delivery system needs to achieve long-term stable and safe operation, which requires extremely high material wear resistance, structural stability and creep resistance.
